Thank you for shopping with Thess Allure. We strive to provide you with the highest-quality luxury watches, and we hope you're delighted with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please review our returns and refunds policy below.
1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility
You may return items within 14 days of receipt if they are:
- Faulty or defective.
- Damaged during shipping.
- Not as described.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them (unworn / unused and with tags). You will need the receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of return label will be deducted from the total order amount (not including shipping protection).
1.2 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@thessallure.com or through our "Contact Us" page. Provide your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and a return address.
1.3 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the returned item reaches us.
2. Refunds
2.1 Refund Requests
Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
2.2 Refunds for Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
2.3 Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds if:
- The item was not returned in its original condition.
- The item was returned outside the 14-day return window.
- The item was damaged due to misuse or neglect.
3. Order Cancellations
3.1 Cancellation Requests
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, the order cannot be canceled.
